Are you eligible for the NDIS?

To determine your eligibility for the NDIS, you can use the NDIS Access Checklist online or call the NDIA at 1800 800 110. Several factors influence your eligibility for support under the NDIS. You may be eligible for an individual support plan if you:

  • Are under 65 years of age.
  • Are an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or New Zealand citizen with a Protected Special Category Visa.
  • Have a permanent and/or significant disability that affects your daily living and require assistance from others.
  • Use equipment or assistive technology.
